The target is protagonist Houdai Kudoki, an unpopular male student at the academy. A student cupid angel, Ekoro, has to strike a student with a love arrow during her exam, which will help the student find the love of her life.
The game takes place in a fictional academy in Japan, named Sakurachi Academy.
